Quality Control

Committed to quality, Global Engineering Products undertakes inward, Stage as well as final inspection. We offer competitive services to our customer, and expect our suppliers to do likewise. For ensuring quality of raw material, A part from getting test certificates from the suppliers, Global Engineering products makes inward inspection.

At all stages of the Production process of different components rigorous inspection is carried out. At the final stage, dimensional test is carried out. The core team members meet every week to discuss the issues pertaining to quality maintenance and improvement. Team members are encouraged to study quality issues from books, journals and internet and also to hold discussions with External experts.

DELIVERY

Global Engineering products are committed to supply to its customers in time. We promise only what expect to deliver and make only commitments we intend to keep.

Weekly and monthly schedules are followed as per the customer requirements. Delivery is committed on basis of production capacity.

As soon as the purchase order is received, the planning section assesses the existing commitments and determines the possible due date for delivery in consultation with the production. The delivery date is intimated to the customer.
